  This company has my business from now on! I can not recommend them enough! From the very beginning when Chad Mauldin came out to quote us on replacing our upstairs air conditioning unit to John and Tanner coming back out two days later and installing the unit, nothing but grade A service. I could have had the unit installed even sooner but I was the one taking my time deciding. Over the last year I have had several companies come out and Kennon was by far the best. They truly care about their customers. You can tell by the follow up call asking how everything was working out and if we had any questions or concerns. If you are needing service, go ahead and give them a call. You will be so happy with the service you receive.

  It is very rare that I leave a review but for the service Kennon Heating and Air provided they definitely deserve it. They really impressed me. First they were on time, they actually showed up 10 minutes earlier than they said they would and they looked professional, no worn out tee shirts and blue jeans. They were courteous and well mannered and above all they repaired my unit without telling me that I needed to upgrade or I needed a new unit. Then he explained what they did in simple terms that I could understand. They will without a doubt have my business from now on.

  Clint with Kennon came out to look at my Ac units. I had another company come out before Kennon that told me I needed a lot of things done. Clint diagnosed the problem as a second opinion and it turned out the reason the unit that would not cool properly needed the coil cleaned. The other company estimated $887.00 to get my Ac unit cooling properly. Clint with Kennon cleaned the coil and even put some freon in the other unit and did not chRge me anything ... By far Clint Kennon is the best heating and air technician I have had the pleasure to work with. Thanks Kennon and "Clint" for being honest and treating customers right the first time! I highly recommend The Kennon team! Tim White
