When I called they came out to check my heating unit quickly. Mike came out and inspected the furnace and told me what the problem was and the cost. Very professional. Mike came back at the agreed day and time. Quickly finished the job & installed a new thermostat, he did an excellent job taking care of my problem. Definitely will call before the summer season to check my air conditioner. Extremely Professional. Thank you Kendrick Heating and thank you Mike, see you in a few months.

Very personable and easy to work with. Was able to get a next day appointment. Mike was able to find the issue, took photos and serviced our heater. Reasonable fee for service. Would highly recommend.

There is never a good time for a flat tire or dead battery nor is having my heating system stop working with unbelievable cold weather and monumental rain upon us.  Not a problem for Kendrick Heating and Air Conditioning, Jordan came to my place on Thursday 12/9, evaluated my system and situation, discussed it in detail with me, offered several options and suggestions and finally an estimate for the entire system that was very competitive, I gratefully accepted his proposal.  Jordan advised he would check inventory of required equipment and get back to me, less than hour Jordan called to advise his crew would be here Monday, 12/13, I was most elated.  Monday 12/13 the Kendrick Crew arrived early and immediately placed drop cloths on ALL surfaces they would be using, within a few minutes my home looked like a beehive of activity as the Kendrick Crew proceeded to remove the entire old and obsolete system and installed the system, they rerouted the massive air and vent lines to improve the air flow.  Now, for the best part, all this work was completed in ONE day.  Those gentlemen worked the entire day without taking a break, that is what CUSTOMER SERVICE means.  I am pleased to be a Kendrick Heating and Air Conditioning customer and would highly recommend them to any prospective customer.  A tip of my hat to the entire Kendrick organization.  Thank you.

Employee Mike arrived not only on time, but a little early!! Mike called and left me a message saying he could arrive early if I'd like. I was very impressed with Mike's communication and professionalism. He was immaculate and put on shoe covers and a mask each time he came into the house. My heating/Air unit is over 35 years old. Mike explained what was wrong with the unit and I decided I'd prefer to just replace it. Mike made arrangements for Kendricks to contact me to set up an appointment. I'm very pleased with this company so far. I will post another comment when I have them do some work for me. I recommend them.

Our HVAC system decided it was time to retire. Of course it’s during the hottest time of summer.   I called Kendrick HVAC to schedule an appointment to troubleshoot and service the unit. I spoke with Jordan who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was honest and upfront about the price to come out and troubleshoot the unit. They where able to offer me a same day appointment. I received a text message with the appointment window. Jerry from Kendrick arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He troubleshot the unit and found the problem. He was quickly able to replace the faulty parts and get the unit up and running. My family is very grateful for the responsiveness and fairness this company has offered. I will recommend them to everyone I know.   Thank you again for a great experience!!!

I am so glad I was able to have Mike from Kendrick come out and fix my heating. Everyone I spoke with was great. The price was reasonable and they finished really quick. I would definitely use them again.
