  Home warranty company sent this company out to fix boiler. Problem still persisted. Company came back out and said they needed to order a part. They’ve since ghosted me and did not return my calls. They didn’t fix the issue.

  Poor customer service, don't answer phone, and do not have the decency to call customer's back when they intend on cancelling an appointment.
