  Technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable, polite, and worked fast. Though the problem was simple to solve, he spot checked the other components of the system and provided a system health assessment. This was my first experience with an A/c repair need, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got the kind of service you hope for when inviting a repair person into your home and expecting them to do a quality job.

  Jeff arrived on time prepared for the job. The vent to my hot water heater needed repair. It is located in the attic and was impossibly hot yesterday. He had to squeeze into a small area to gain access to repair the vent located just under the roof. Other companies wouldn’t return my calls. Thanks Kemp Commercial Heating & Cooling.

  Jeff the technician was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about my issue . He arrived early and had the decency to wait for me until I arrived home from work .
