  Friday the 13th this company (it was such a bad day I didn't even pay attention to the peoples names) kept their doors open so we could get the part we needed to fix our water heater. We would have been without hot water the whole weekend. Also the part we needed included a part we had bought earlier. They credited us that cost. Wonderful service and true empathy for the customer. Thank you!

  Extremely rude customer service. Spoke with Linda behind the front desk about a controversial order with missing parts that didn't match what was on the original quote and was told that they can't do anything about it. The matter was escalated to the manager and he sided with the front desk in bullying fashion.
