Keith was wonderful! Called me back within the hour and worked me right into his schedule. He was able to make it to my house by 11:00 the same day! Checked all possibilities of what could be causing the issue made some adjustments and saved me a lot of money (hopefully!). Fair pricing and super friendly. Highly recommend!

On December 20th of 2021, I had repairman Keith check out my 21 year old Kenmore Washer (great machine!). My washer's spin cycle was no longer getting some of the loads dry enough: I usually needed a extra spine. Was hoping it could be fixed. Keith pulled everything apart and gave me an estimate to replace a timer (contact burnt). It was way too expensive to fix, so I decided to leave it for now. Unfortunately when I tried to use the washer later, it wouldn't work at all! The machine could no longer get out of the wash cycle! And there was even water running over the top! I was furious because I had noticed how the top part (not the lid) slam back down while he was fumbling for a tool. At that time, I was concerned, but being too polite, said nothing. I'm sure that's when he broke it. NOW THE MACHINE WAS USELESS! I didn't want to throw more money into another visit from him, but it bugged me. Due to the holidays, I didn't call him back until January 4th and left a message. He got back to my complaint, saying I should have called him, that his work has a 30-day guarantee: I didn't see that posted anyplace including on his invoice. He said, he has been in business 30 years and never had a problem. Never! So how do you mess with perfection? I sarcastically assured him that even a brain surgeon will lose a patient now and then. He lost a customer.

Keith came out and quickly found the problem and showed me what was happening. He was honest and told me it wasn't worth fixing. He did a temporary repair that didn't cost extra but allowed us to limp along until we could buy a new one. He was courteous and quick. I would use him again.
