  I had an ancient heat pump (installed in the 80s) that their tech kept going for me an extra year while we got bids on a new HVAC unit. The tech, Ethan, was not only knowledgeable but was able to clearly explain things to me. When we researched our options Maya was very helpful & professional (she also answers her phone and returns calls when asked). They were competitive on price, installed the new unit when they promised and sent a good crew who were personable, did the job quickly and cleaned up very well. I would recommend this service to anyone.

  Bought a service plan that can be canceled anytime. Only used one of the two visit and decided to cancel the plan. Sent email over a month ago even stoped by to ask where’s my refund and Maya said would mail a check. We’ll still haven’t got money back going on two months now. Have email proof canceled it as was told to cancel by the service tech when getting a new system Installed. Maybe the actually owners might read this and can finally get a refund for the service plan visit not used
