Mr. Hein showed up exactly when he said he would and got to work on our furnace right away. He couldn't get the part he needed, through no fault of his own, but showed up again the next day as soon as he got it and installed it and we were up and running again immediately. He did a very good, professional job and most importantly we have heat and we are still waiting for two other heat contractors who have never even bothered to call us back.
