  Incredibly disappointed after seeing the positive reviews. He and his wife seem like nice people but are not very professional or responsive. I had to call back about a week after my original call to see if they had checked the schedule and when they could come out. He came out and diagnosed my fridge that day (great). He cashed my check for the service call and it's been over a week since I've heard anything and I called back last week but no call back on when he would get a part and be back to fix the issue. Think I will be having someone else out. What a waste of my money!

  My father in law's washer was down and we were desperately in need of it being fixed with 2 families in the home. He came out on New Year's day at 8pm. He charged $165 for the parts and 3 hours of labor. Unbelievable!! Great guy, great work, great service!! I worked @ Whirlpool for 12 years and this guy is FABULOUS. Thanks for everything. Happy Holidays!!
