  I called this company because I saw they got great reviews from people on Google, BBB and they are a 24/7 business. I called around 11am to make an appointment, I was expecting a call time of around night time or the next morning, but the guy said he can be here in about two hours. Which was great! He called again when he was about 15 minutes away - which I really like because I love a good heads up. When Bill came he was on time, very personable and more importantly...great at his job! He was thankfully able to repair my parents air conditioning unit, which was great because we are getting some more really hot days and my parents are in their 70's. I really can't say enough great things about Bill and his service. We will definitely call Keefe HVAC again and I will refer this business to my family, friends and co-workers. You can thank Bill for this review. He really does an awesome job of representing your company! Jake came by to help him as well. A great team! Thanks Keefe HVAC! 5 Stars! *****
