  KCA came out to check my AC/Heating system that was not working. The repairs were going to be major so they also gave me options for a new unit. Then they were able to come out the next day on Saturday to do the install because we were in a freeze. They showed up and did the install in about 6 hours. The workers were nice, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a great job and showed us how to use the new thermostat. They made sure everything was working properly and I knew how to use it before leaving. They picked up all their trash and left our house just as it was when they arrived. The installers were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. We have used KCA or Kendall County Air for over 30 years and have got great service from all the repairmen. They are dependable and provide great service and we have never felt anything but safe. It is nice to have friendly, safe, dependable and knowledgeable people come to your house for service and repairs. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. Ray McCutcheon

  Hi, We had this system installed KCA AC/Heating on 4/5/12, have had several problems with the system under warranty, and all were taken care of till this problem { a TXV }. I believe it's called? The tech quoted us $649.00 to replace a part still under warranty, saying that price is for Labor?! For what he said would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to install, which would roughly be $275.00 to $325.00 an hour to install the part! I needed a AC tech not a flippin Lawyer to fix my AC unit!!! "It's ON Warranty" Another thing, when the Tech was finished checking indoor unit, he must have blown out the secondary drain without shutting the pop-up on the sink first and left a big mess in the sink and floor! And lastly, without actually saying to my face, called me a liar! I had told him we had the outdoor coil in the unit replaced, and was only charged $50.00 labor because it took a second tech to help install it. But instead of taking my word, he got in a huff and said he needed check that out, which he did, and didn't say a word after he talked to your office. Totally Un called for!! Worst service ever from KCA, why should we be paying for Warranty work when we never have, and the problem clearly existed over 2 years ago, and the Tech just blew it off, saying just run the fan and that would keep the lines from freezeing up, which we did, and if it gets worse just call us!   The service that was provided was first class all around. The technician ordered necessary parts and then followed up to insure they could be installed the next day. He knew cold weather was coming and that our system was down, so he rearranged his schedule to get our work done before the cold weather hit. I would recommend KCA to anyone.
