  KBS Heating and Air is an outstanding company to work worth. Scott Robertson called when he was on his way, arrived spot on time and did an excellent job fully serving 2 older units which had not had any service in years. I was so impressed with the quality of work and professionalism that I decide on the spot to go ahead and sign an annual service contract for this property. They have been serving the ATL and surrounding metro area for several decades and its clear why they have such a stellar reputation. Honest, ethical, excellent quality, and an exceptional value to boot. I highly recommended and that isn't something I do often.

  Just found out that wrong motor installed. Another one to be ordered. I'm willing to upgrade my review after new motor installed and if everything is done properly. All that I've talked to seem reasonable and want to do the right thing. Mistakes happen. Edited Review: The proper motor was ordered, received and installed in a couple of days . Everything working normally as a month has passed. I have upgraded my review to 4 stars. I respect anyone who acknowledges a mistake and goes about fixing it . Apology accepted. I'll call on KBS in the future if necessary.

  The technician, Chris, was very professional, courteous, and respectful. He provided true customer service. He was conscientious about showing me the completion of his work, explaining what he had done, and doing proper clean up. Great service from him!!!
