  I've been a customer for yrs I always got our coal delivery from katner but ever since there was a change in office personnel I've called to order and they took my order a couple weeks later still no call on when or if coming so we called and they said coal breakers are all broken A few weeks more still nothing so we found another coal company that was happy to deliver I guess they don't worry about customers needs

  The guys are really knowledgeable, professional and kind. The office women don't honor agreements made not do they call you back or really even work with you. They are rude, snippy and unprofessional. If there was better office staff i'd give 5 stars but with attitudes like that, 2 stars is pushing it.

  I had ordered oil on a Monday with them for the first time. I was on empty and was told will be delivered Wed. I gave them my credit card number. Wednesday came and around 4:30 in afternoon still no delivery. So I tried calling to tell them, but they were closed. Thursday morning called them, because by 11AM still had no call back. Even though I left a voicemail to them. I told lady on ph9ne I ordered Monday and never got delivered, she says she does not remember. I asked is there no method of writing a order down? She got snappy with me. Will never order from them.
