  Amazing customer service! The staff here was very professional and knowledgeable. The technician they sent over at our place was efficient and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem that our AC was facing and managed to get it fixed in less than an hour! I am definitely giving Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling company a call again if ever I need help in the future!

  Technician Ken did an outstanding job. In addition to repairing the blower in my furnace, he also noticed leaks in my duct system which were putting carbon monoxide into my home. He was able to do a temporary repair to that so that we could use the system until the new duct pipe was installed. I highly recommend the recommend Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling.

  Excellent service from Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling! First of all they sent me an email with the picture of the technician and notified me when he would be here. He is polite, explains things to you, and is through. Could be more pleased with the workmanship of the guy. This is now my company for all my air conditioning needs. I wish to confirm that the reviews are true!
