  We were very pleased with our recent experience with Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling. Owner came to discuss our needs the same day he was called. He followed up promptly with an emailed quote that was very transparent and included PDF’s of brochures for each component of the system he recommended. He continued with excellent communication, answering questions and keeping us in the loop as we made our purchasing decision, and worked with us on an installation schedule. The day the system was installed, the crew arrived early, completed the job, and cleaned up thoroughly. They made sure we had all of our questions answered about the new system, and remained on site until certain everything was operating exactly as it should. He was very professional and courteous, and we definitely recommend his company.

  Jeff and his staff did an excellent job maintaining our old AC units. And when it was no longer feasible to keep them, they gave us a great price to replace them. The new units are quieter and much more efficient. Thanks for the awesome service, Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling!

  Excellent service! After some distress calls around town to repair an HVAC unit that went down in the middle of the hottest week of the summer, Jeff came to the rescue between jobs the same evening! His online reviews steered me right: he was thorough, communicative, skilled and fair on pricing. No need to panic in the future, I know who to call for my future needs.
