  Rob was awesome- I just want to say thank you soooo much for taking care of us. He came out the same day after our CO alarm was going off and he was very knowledgeable. He filled us in on everything that was happening with our system and what the plan was forward. Customer service on point and good pricing on services. He showed us exactly where cracks were in our system with no issue at all and quickly drew up a reasonable quote for a new furnace to be installed the next day. Thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend!

  This happened in the winter but I thought I should share my experience. Our carbon monoxide detector went off and we had no idea what to do. I called Kallas because they were local and they advised us on what to do and had someone to our house within 2 hours. The tech fully tested and inspected our furnace and determined it was not the cause. I don't know if this is industry standard, but they showed concern for our safety and didn't charge us at all. I will definitely be calling them next time we need heating and cooling service.

  Tech said the heat exchanger was defective & not covered by a warranty. Said I needed a new furnace. Another company said it was still covered, checked it & found it was functioning perfectly. It cost $250.00 to remove/check & replace the original heat exchanger. If this is how Kallas runs their local business, I would avoid them & call Staley’s in Flushing.
