  Wonderful honest family business! Super professional and very attentive. After install they came back to check on our issue we were having before install with our old ac. They found small holes in our ducts and patched them up as part of the install and fixed our problem. We did a few estimates and they were very reasonable with awesome word of mouth recommendations! Now we know why and highly recommend them as well!

  Kalafians was recommended to us when we moved into our house and needed AC work a number of years ago. This past month we called them due to a lightning strike that damaged many appliances in our house, including the AC. Mark Kalafian gave us our options and did the install when we were ready (he and another tech). We will use them again if needed, they've always seemed fair and honest plus he came out immediately to inspect the AC. The first time we ever had Kalafians out, he also found a tiny kitten had made residence at our new home and he ended up keeping it. So that is extra points. We are very happy with our new AC unit and the service provided.

  My AC had been off for two day waiting for a service call from another company. Taking a chance I gave Mark a call to see if he could be available to take a look. He was at my location within 20 minutes of the completion of that phone call. Mark had my AC up and running 15 minutes after arriving. I would definitely refer him to anyone.
