I had an urgent issue with my HVAC. It smelled like something was burning, so I called K&S. They came to my house within an hour and a half. The burning smell turned out to be nothing, but they found two refrigerant leak's that would have quickly disabled my system and my wallet. They did the repairs on the spot and were very fair with pricing. Can't ask for more than that, they are #1 in my contact list.
