  I never had work done on my own home thankfully, but I just wanted to share my personal experiences with the family company, and how nasty they are to the people they employ. I have never seen a company so unprofessional, so disrespectful, and so rude for absolutely ZERO reason. You can work your heart out for them, do any additional jobs they need help with, and STILL be treated like you’re worthless. I do not recommend anyone working here, or even receiving work from them. They are the most degrading, lying, and unkind group of people I’ve ever met. Such a shame people like this are given so much, when the people that truly deserve it are left with nothing even comparable.

  Your young mans gripe should be with the State of Virginia Unemployment Division. They are the ones who decided he was not eligible for unemployment payments. Please reread their decision, it is based primarily on the young mans refusal to provide details that the investigator requested during the hearing.

  Very professional, local, and affordable, they also guarantee their work for a year. I would definitely recommend them if you are having issues with your hvac or are looking to replace an old one.

  My wife called K & K because the furnace in our home was not operating. The technician accidently let a wire touch metal which resulted in frying out my Honeywell touch screen $399 thermostat. He replaced it at no cost to me with an Apilaire non touch screen thermostat. Accidents happen.
