Very friendly and great service. I contacted them this morning because my AC had stopped working. Even though they were really busy they managed to come out within a an hour. They had to get another part and Cory came out again after hours to fix it.

The customer service representative was initially sarcastic and rude to me. I also suspect this company is engaged in shady practices to charge those who are receiving work through a warranty program. While I cannot prove it, most that have heard my experience agree with my suspicion. I believe this company kept my pregnant tenant waiting days for a repair they could have done the same day all because they were trying to get a few more dollars of profit. Obviously, this company will dispute my suspicion, but I stand by my suspicion and will never request service from them again.

It is very disappointing to read your review of our efforts to have your tenants ac repaired before the holiday weekend. The guys worked late Friday night to have the young lady comfortable before they went home for the evening.
