  I usually don't write reviews, but Billy was so kind, professional, and personable. He made sure I understood what needed to be fixed on my AC inside and outside of the house and what he did to fix it. But what truly stood out to me was his patience with my very curious two-year old. He was not bothered by my son watching him work, and he taught him a few things. Small acts of kindness go a long ways.
