  Brian & Carlos arrived in the time frame I was given and worked quickly and effeciently cleaning the ducts and vents. They were both super nice and friendly. Brian noticed an issue with the way my dryer venting was connected when he was cleaning it, that would have led to issues in the future. There was a lot of lint built up in the wall. He was able to fix the issue during the appointment. I'm very happy with the service and price. I will definitely use them again.

  On 8/24 my air conditioning unit went out. It would of course on the hottest week of the year. I called JTR, one because they are local and two I’ve used them several times before. Bonnie was on it. Even though she informed me they were on a big job, she made it happen. A big thank you to Scott who is the same tech From before. He came and thankfully he was able to repair it. Thank you JTR and Scott
