I live in Florida and own an air conditioning company and my brother-in-law needed help with his heater up in Kalamazoo. Not knowing where to go I started looking up people and found JP. Look at the reviews and decided that this company was the one that I would choose. Then went out there found the problem gave me a call told me everything about it and this was 4 o’clock in the afternoon. He said he would be back with the parts that were needed and he did it. It’s up and running before 6 o’clock and you can’t ask for better service. I’ll hang onto this number for future reference. I will definitely use them again

Great job!  Great company!  I have a 30 year old furnace and there was never any pressure to replace it, or do work that wasn’t needed.  Did a great job and return trips (no charge), and stayed with it until fixed.  Been running great ever since. Owner, Technician, and Office Staff all very professional  and friendly, and explained things every step of the way.  Received text messages 30 minutes prior to arriving, and follow-up phone calls the next day.  If you need furnace work done – THIS is the place to go.

We couldn't be happier with JP Heating and Air Conditioning! We recently had installed: a furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and an ionization generator all of which represents a significant investment. JP H&C was recommended to us by our neighbors so we investigated and determined the company to be professional and trustworthy. Our evaluation was correct. Jason replied quickly with a visit to our home and to our request for recommendations and prices and answered all of our questions.

Traci coordinated the process quickly and also answered all of our questions. Technicians Matt, Carson and Ben arrived on time on the day of the installation, worked efficiently and carefully, fulfilled our requests and also answered all of our questions. The entire process was smooth and painless for us. Michelle called us after the work was completed to make sure we are happy with the installation and to remind us to contact them anytime if we should have any questions or concerns. Asked for an estimate to replace my furnace and AC unit. They came out as scheduled, were quick and concise with their evaluation, and issued their proposal within 24 hours.

He left my furnace a mess, not primed and motor not attached. and over charged double for everything he did. I have no spark and had to do half the service after he finished. Will never use these guys again.

We did talk but my furnace still wasn’t running when you left and you left my mother in the cold without a care in the world until I gave you a bad review. It’s still horrible service at best

Tech came out very quickly and took care of us. We called back the next morning because there was condensate building up in the basement - they came back and took care of it at no extra cost, and even went the extra mile and repositioned my condensate pump and piping to be more efficient and it just flat out looks better! Jason then took the time to even offer to remove some of the old piping that was not being used from previous homeowners. What a guy! Seriously good people who stand by their work, and work quickly! They will hear from me again for servicing my furnace in the fall and all other AC maintenance needs.
