  Tech from Joyce Heating & Cooling just stopped out to provide a spring AC tune up. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and upfront about what service we needed today. My favorite part, he wore shoe covers and used a rug to cover the floor when he pulled the attic stairs down. I really appreciate people that respect my property and treat it like their own. I will definitely use them again. Thanks for the great first impression!

  I contacted Joyce Heating & Cooling about a problem with our A/C Unit. They were able to schedule the service call on the date/time that I requested. The service tech called when he was headed to our house, he was professional, maintained social distancing, and quickly determined that the A/C unit was performing perfectly. This is the 2nd time that I have used Joyce Heating & Cooling and recommend their services to my friends.

  The company was prompt in sending a technician to perform an annual check out my heat pump. Hunter, their technician, arrived as scheduled and performed a check of the system. He was extremely courteous and professional and performed a thorough evaluation of the system. I would highly recommend this company and technician to anyone in need of HVAC work.
