  I replace two complete systems. The team was very respectful of both us personally and our home. It was a rather difficult installation of two high end systems, one involving a crane and rather tight work space. Shortly after completion, one system reported an error code and they promptly coordinated a return to review and hopefully remedy the situation. I would safely say they pleasantly lived up to high expectations both in terms of the quality of their work and the dealings I had with their office staff, whom I found to be excellent communicators.

  Technician Dave was EARLY for my scheduled summer maintenance. How often does that happen! He was diligent, knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. I have used J. H. Robert’s for @ 10 years and have mentioned them to neighbors who use them. Highly recommend them.
