Scott and his staff are terrific, always servicing their customers in a quick timeframe. The crew are all licensed professionals that get the job done with precision and in a quick response time. My family has been a client since 1969 when my parents purchased this home. I cannot say enough about the service I have received. The whole staff including Scott have always been very professional & responsive! I cannot say enough about Monica who has always helped me whenever I needed anything! Recently, I have had to sell our home & every time I would have to call Monica for information or help, she always made sure I was taken care of. Scott has been there every step of the way with me since we have had to replace our oil tank & will never forget all the help I have received from him & Monica. I also have to acknowledge the service technicians that have come out to service our equipment over the years. They have always been professional & responsive & on time! Thank you all. if i could, i would give this company 0 stars. Employee in the office, Veronica, is the rudest of them all. Does not let anyone speak when on the phone. we gave them a check when we received oil, before the payment due date, and they never cashed it. then they have the nerve to say we never paid on time. and now, i need to receive oil, and she is giving me a hard time about delivering a smaller amount of oil since i will be leaving and is requesting a prepayment. every time we request oil, they can never give an exact amount of oil that is in my tank it is always an estimate of what is in my tank, never an exact amount. and every time myself or landlord calls for service, we know we have oil in tank, and the issue to them is always we need oil. and then when they come out, they see that it is in fact not the issue. i cant wait to leave and not deal with this oil company anymore. In response to you...i understand minimum delivery, but if you have a client moving, there should be some kind of leniency to that. and if you are saying that it is over 50 gallons, then why was i forced to have 100 delivered, there is no way in a month that i am going to use 100 gallons plus what was in the tank already. i also asked and my husband also asked to have an exact number of what is in my tank, and we did not receive on the bill. why is that such a problem for an oil company to give its customer. we have every right to know what we have. after all, we paid for it.

Ms. Santana, I am sorry you feel this way. Our receiving a check for our services and not cashing it? That is not our normal business practice and I'm not sure why we would do that. As for the requested smaller delivery, you were notified our minimum delivery was over 50 gallons. And as for the request for a payment on delivery, we have had issues (like the check we never cashed) and with you moving we wanted to cleanly close the account. As for Veronica not wanting to talk to you on the phone, my office staff has been told not to engage in argumentitive conversation when customers resort to profanity when our business model does not comply with their wishes.
