Jon and his crew were amazing! Started with a great quote and a timeline of when work would begin. His crew arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. Had questions the next day, came back by after a job to assist me. He also checked up about a week later to make sure all was ok. I would hire nobody else!

I was trying to give my business to a local company. But this is just ridiculous. No hot water for 4 weeks. Timeline: 1. Contacted Jon 2. Came out almost a week later to access on Thursday $395 to clean it, repairs additional 3. Need to order cleaning materials. Will call you Monday and be out next week 4. 13 days later - business phone disconnected, not responding to text messages. 5. Hired someone else - they’ll be out less than 6 hours. $59 to look at it. Flat rate fee to repair. Can I just say this is insane. No hot water for 4 weeks and you can’t be bothered to talk to your customer?

Hi Ms Williams, You forgot to mention that you did not have Hot Water for weeks prior to calling us to come out. When we came out we reset the unit so you could have hot water to shower. We quoted you the service cost to take care of the water heater, at no time were you obligated to move forward with us. Our phone lines were damaged due to construction work behind our shop not disconnected. We appreciate the constructive feedback and we are happy that you have hot water and found a company that will serve your needs

Wouldn't even give this company one star, but you have to just to write the review. 10/10 don't do business with this company. Jon will collect payment from your for the job and never pay the employees for their work or pay their health insurance either.

Hi Ms. Leach we appreciate constructive criticism to help us grow as a company. We find it hard to pay employees for hours and work not performed and revenue not collected. The employee you are referencing worked for our other company and was guaranteed 40 hours and his health insurance was paid for and had a company vehicle to take home.
