  They came out very quickly to give a look at our furnace. They gave both the option of repair and replacement. We ended up going with the replacement method and they got us in super quickly to ensure we had some heat as the cold was coming quickly. Very fast and reliable. Super happy with the process from A to Z. They had flexible payment options available if needed as well. Happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them.

  My neighbor recommended this company and I am thankful that he did. I called Jones Home Services to get an estimate for a new furnace and HVAC. Seth arrived at my home the next day and was able to provide me with 3 separate detailed proposals that same day. The proposals showed exactly how much each option would cost with an explanation detailing the pros and cons of each one. All taxes and anything else that could be added on were included in the estimates so there were no surprises. The installation went flawless and the technicians treated my home as if it was their own. This is a family owned and operated company and I highly recommend this company.
