  I have never experienced a more professional business than Jones Heating and Cooling. I've dealt with many different A/C companies in the past and these guys are the best. With many years of experience under their belt, there is nothing they can't handle. My calls are returned promptly and they don't stop till the job is done. I'm grateful to have found them and I promise you will be too!

  Chris was professional, kind and considerate. I was missed the day before but he made sure to check on me today if I still needed service and he showed up when I needed service the most. I had made calls to two other companies for the last week and despite saying they would come, no one showed up. I was about to lose faith in AC technicians. Thanks you for the great customer service and honesty. These things differentiate your and gives you an edge between your business and Jones Heating and Cooling around the corner. Keep it up.

  Jones Heating and Cooling is wonderful! They serviced our heating system excellently and not it works perfectly. Chris, the tech, is personable, knowledgeable and honest! They are very communicative and gave us the updates of the progress. He was timely and the prices were fair. The quality of their services is recommendable. Highly recommend their excellent services.
