  We bought a home in StoneRidge, on Lake Eufaula, Alabama, January 2017. By early summer I noticed one of the three units on the house was struggling to keep the rooms cool. I picked Jones Heating & Cooling simply because they are located only 6 miles north of our house. This will be the 4th year that Mr Jones has done our annual service. He is due to drop by here this afternoon. He is plain-spoken and seems as honest as the day is long. One year he and his helper did seem to find a few extra issues which required twice as much time to resolve as he had planned. I could tell the situation was throwing him off schedule and frustrating his efforts to get everyone taken care of that day. On top of all this, I clearly remember that day was hotter than three hells with a side order of extra humidity. When they finished and prepared to leave, Mr Jones handed me the ticket and I anticipated saying my usual, “I’ll send you a check,” which would be met with his, “Well, that’ll be fine.” Instead, I extended my hand and the ticket toward him and said, “Mr Jones, this doesn’t seem like enough money for all your time, especially in this heat.” I swear, I’m not sure it was enough above his already reasonable annual service charge to even notice. He just replied that he didn’t like to charge people more than he really had to and that amount would be fine. He has my family as a customer and I hope you have the same positive experience if you call on him as well.

  Came out right away fixed the a/c and didn't hurt my wallet to bad
