  If I could give him 0 stars I would. This guy is an absolute scam. He said I had to buy a brand new system (which I didn’t) and when it came to installing the system, he had no idea what he was doing. He put a very cheap tape around my inside unit, barely keeping it up. And he cut off pieces of the unit that belonged there and tried to force the pipes to connect manually. Goes without saying that the unit NEVER ended up working. When I spoke to him , there was always an excuse. It was so bad, other technicians refused to work on it, in fear that they would be held accountable for this guys mess. Once I finally got a tech to commit to actually fixing it. This man went ghost and stopped answering calls. DO NOT LET THIS MAN ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOUSE OR WALLET. Complete Scam.
