I had an exceptional customer experience! Quinton is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and precise. I was notified when he was expected to arrive and he was prompt. I appreciate the fact that he followed the recommended CDC guidelines regarding the pandemic. Our home is warm and toasty! Thank you Quinton for the outstanding service!

The workers at Jones Climate Control were very personable, experienced and knowledgeable. They came out when they said they would, they maintenanced my ac and were really thorough in making sure that I understood my new system and how to better operate it. Thanks Quentin and Caesar, you guys were awesome!!! I will definitely recommend your services to anyone that may need their ac fixed or maintenanced.

I would recommend this company. Cesar,Jesus, and Max was very professional, mannerable, and easy to communicate and explain everything I needed to know about my new system. The price for the installation was affordable. Mr. Jones always returned my calls and explained the price and warranty information. They made tears come to my eyes after everything was completed. Made my home more proficient for the years to come. Call them if you need these services. I feel that you will be very pleased .
