  Our furnace went out on a Friday during a really cold spell and a repairman, Sam, showed up within 2 hours of calling for an appointment. He quickly ascertained we were in need of a new furnace. He patiently answered our questions and showed us why, in our case, replacing versus fixing was the way to go. After Sam called in to get us an appointment for someone to come give us a quote, he went ABOVE and BEYOND and got our gas fireplace working!! Within 2 hours, J.R. showed up to give us a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. J.R. was very pleasant and thorough in answering our questions and quoted us a great price on a new high-efficiency system. Our installation was set for the following Wednesday, but they called early Monday morning asking if they could come that day, as an ice storm was expected and they did not want us to freeze. Our crew, Devin, Thomas and Lane, showed up right after that call with huge smiles on their faces ready to go. All three were very polite and efficient and also answered our many questions as they worked throughout the day. We then found out they also installed hot water heaters and accommodated us once again by bringing one out and installing it the same day. Devin, Thomas and Lane cleaned everything up when they were done and put things back as they found them, which was much appreciated. We also had them return the next day to clean our ventilation system. What a wonderful group of people!!

  Initially had Corey out to service our HVAC system last fall and he was FABULOUS! Then a few months later, the system quit and we had Jon Wayne H&A replace our system w/a high efficiency system that is working well. David and Joe did the install and did a great job. They were on time, friendly, demonstrated a strong work ethic and I appreciated they covered their shoes going in and out 100+ times while they took out the old unit and installed a new one. The only recommendation would be to clean up a bit before leaving, but not a big deal at all. Just installation from the attic that came out when they were up there and left on the floor. A hand vac may be handy for the installers. We would recommend this company to anyone! Happy and warm 2022!

  Bradley and Lane came out today. They both did a excellent job cleaning out the trunk line and all ductwork in my home. Had a new trane 96 percent efficiency furnace with new a coils and 2 ton 16 seer condensing unit installed. Also installed a new 40 gallon water heater. Looking forward to see how much money this will save me on natural gas bill with city utilities. It’s going up 40% this year. Regards Ron B
