  All three of the technicians that we have had out here have been very professional, thorough and friendly. My system is working much better not that it’s cleaned and tuned up.

  the man that answered the phone was very rude and very unprofessional he does not back up anything anyone promises and talks on there behalf like they have no word I will not be calling them back ever again

  I am very sorry that you had this experience. I would like to confirm that you contacted Jon Wayne Co of Mount Vernon Texas and not Jon Wayne Company of San Antonio. People often confuse the two businesses that are not related at all. If you did indeed call the Mount Vernon location , I would ask that you contact me @903-537-4531 and ask for Jasper, and I will glad to resolve any issue. I will be in the office on Monday morning.

  Ive used them a couple of times. They try to get to you as quickly as they can. Pablo and his assistant are friendly and helpful. They know their jobs and do them well. They do a good job at reasonable rates. I'll be using them again.
