  I've been doing business with this specific location for about 6 months now and have been extremely pleased in doing so. From the counters all the way to delivery, their communication and willingness to help does not go unnoticed. I have not encountered one employee there who hasn't done his job well. Jason, Rusty, Eric, and Chad have all been exceptional in serving us and we are so thankful for them, as well as all of the others who continuously play a part in making us feel so important.

  This is the second time we've gone here and one particular counter salesman has been rude and sarcastic to my boss on two separate occasions. We're at a parts house to pick up parts, not rude remarks. We're also not thrilled that they do not have parts that should be fairly standard to carry in a parts house for the equipment lines that they carry.

  I have dealt with Johnstone in Spartanburg for many years and they are all great. Rusty, Jason, and KC who are their counter guys are extremely helpful, reliable, and knowledgeable. The warehouse workers Brandon and Mark are exceptional in their service as well. I won't shop anywhere else for my HVAC supplies.
