He provided outstanding customer-oriented service, went well above and beyond the call of duty and helped make a special order upon the customer request for an obsolete draft inducer motor. As a HVAC Technician of over 35 years, I find it imperative to have a distributor that is Reliable and Courteous. When needing parts in a timely manner, it is important to have a distributor that cares about providing you and your customers with quality parts that don't get lost or damaged in transit!   Ordered a circuit board and a wiring harness 5 weeks ago. Got the board. The wiring harness still has not shown up. Every time i call they say it will be end of the week and they will have it. No apologies. Every person my secretary has spoken to acted as though they could not care less. Bad customer service.
