  One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Went in looking for a vent cover, the employee wouldn't even answer my question until I gave him an account #. I told him I didn't have an account, proceeded to treat me like a toddler who had just done something I wasn't supposed to. Asked if they had the product I needed, he told me to check home depot and would not provide any additional information. The employee was very rude, for no reason. I would never trust them with my business. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your needs.

  Johnstone Supply has been an excellent place for me to do business. The employees are great to work with. They are willing and happy to provide pricing and locate difficult to find parts and equipment. Their prices are competitive and affordable. This company is not a Home Depot or Ace Hardware where anyone can pop in and buy HVAC equipment or government regulated parts and gases. It's a supplier for licensed HVAC professionals.

  Worst experience I have ever had. I was looking for a air conditioner comb out tool. I could see the tool behind the counter I needed and they wouldn't sell to me because I only have a general contractor license. Is to bad I cannot give them zero stars don't waste your time at this store!
