  You better be sure you have the right part and the part you need because they won’t let you return it. I’m out 180 dollars. Good scam they run over there. We didn’t need the circuit board after all thought I could get some money back silly me. Throw it on the correct furnace it will still work

  Sorry you had a bad experience. Most of the products we sell are returnable but unfortunately electrical items like circuit boards that were installed, even briefly, are no longer resalable per the manufacturer.
