  Always have the parts I need to do hvac work. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Remember to have your EPA very on you to show them. Can be a bummer if you don’t and are pressed for time.

  Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Shout out to Josh! I came in with a capacitor I thought was bad from my condenser unit. Josh tested it and confirmed it was good. I described the issue in more detail and he recommended I try the contactor, which fixed it!Once I got back home, I saw the old one and it doesn’t look too good. New vs old below.

  Great service and very knowledgeable associates. I've used Johnstone Supply at other locations for many years and they always have a great supply of HVAC products and great people. This was my 1st visit to this location and it is Top Notch like all the others.
