  May 22, 2021 I was denied sale of refrigerant by one of the workers. I called prior to coming up there and was told all I needed was my EPA card. The worker who was unprofessional told me my card was not valid because it said NATE on it so that means I'm NATE certified and not EPA. I then showed him where it said EPA 608 universal but the employee didn't care. He then saw where it had an expiration date and told me the card was expired because all he saw was 17 not realizing it said 3017. The way the guy treated me leaves the question as to why. I wasn't rude or unprofessional, but he was i wasn't loud but he was. This is a place i have been buying supplies from for over 3 years and the guys i normally see were not there maybe it was my appearance. Whatever the reason I won't be back.

  These guys are awesome! They have been a life savers for our HVAC and Plumbing company. James and Jesse are incredible; considerate and consistently go above and beyond to help in any way possible. I greatly appreciate them and their company and if management is reading this, give those two a bonus! They deserve it. Thanks for all you do.

  Super helpful! I had an emergency with my AC unit and I needed a capacitor. I called them up just before they closed and they were grateful enough to hold the part for me as I rushed to get to them before they closed. The part was a perfect fit for what I needed and I had my AC unit up and running quickly.
