  Service was ok. But company policy is terrible, all I needed was an igniter and they even had it but wouldn’t sell it to me because I don’t have a license. So now my family has to freeze in 20 degree weather for possibly days until I can get this igniter in the mail. Thanks johnstone for absolutely nothing but a part number. Edit: so since I can’t reply to your comment I will just edit this. I said the service was ok not great the younger guy told me if I knew a contractor I could have them call and get the part. He didn’t once recommend a place for me to go. Also I had to sit at city for an hour and a half that morning for city to open just so I could pay them and drive right back to you. So ya your right I got the part that day but once again with no help but a part number from you guys. Hey if that’s company policy that’s fine. That doesn’t mean I have to agree with it. It’s wrong to turn away people that have freezing families at home. Say what you want you’re not going to change my mind. I’m sure you guys are a great company, but not to the average joe. Have a nice day.

  While we would really like to help you and other area homeowners we are committed to selling only to licensed heating contractors. After investigation I learned that you were able to buy an igniter that same day from one of the area contractors that we suggested. Hope you were able to quickly get warm again as a result!

  This is my favorite wholesale house in town. Good stock and quick orders. It's also nice that they look out for the licensed contractors. Great counter staff and support.
