  Contractors for over 30 years we show up because we are from out of state at their counter guy makes us go back out to our truck find paperwork for our company which he pulled up on his computer without even giving the address. Then made my technician put a mask on when he and every other person behind the counter didn't have one on. Definitely ignorant people and very rude I think I stopped at United Refrigeration from now on

  Hi Michael, I’m sorry you and your team did not have a great experience with us. As we only sell to licensed HVAC contractors, we need to verify licensure before selling to anyone. We understand this can be cumbersome for contractors doing business with us for the first time, but we believe this is an essential step to protecting HVAC contractors.
