  Excellent customer service, I work for a large company and they always have our POs ready for pick up when I get there. Friendly counter staff that actually have a background in HVAC. Always willing to go the extra mile to help us find pricing and availability.

  Customer service leaves alot to be desired. If I ask you the price on something with tax included, don't respond with "I DON'T KNOW "!!! I'm already purchasing something on a P.O.!! Pretty stupid. 1. I work with a large HVAC company. 2. If you're not having a good day, fake it! 3. Treat everyone like you are helping the OWNER of Johnstone. 4. Would you have treated him/her that way? Disappointed.
