  Not good. Keep your money if you can. They told me beforehand the guy would flush out our line, check our freon, clean our coils, make sure everything was working properly and advise us on proper care. Our ac/furnace unit is in our hallway and had begun to leak. We assumed our line needed to be flushed so I thought this plan sounded great. The guy came, saw our line trickling outside so ASSUMED it was fine, cleaned our unit outside, topped off our freon, and never bothered to do another dang thing. Never cleaned our coils inside or even looked at the unit in the hall. I called and insisted he come back. He peaked at everything then said our unit is leaning so it leaks. Said he would not fix it but we could do it ourselves...okay? We paid $105 for this halfway job. I'm angry and disappointed. Everything BUT the freon topoff, we could have done ourselves and kept our hard-earned money. A month later and our AC is still leaking bad. My husband flushed the line and it's fixed. The slight lean isn't the problem. I sure wish that guy had done what we were told he'd do! "Service" your own ac and keep your money!
