  They just don't have the tools I need on hand at the time. I couldn't get a quote, he told me to get numbers online first when I had a list of what brand vacuum pump for example and he wouldn't fax it to us. Thomas is not the same and have very good on hand everyday items. If your sman breaks or pump dies they keep Ritchie, yellow jacket, all on hand unlike Johnson supply
