  My unit keeps freezing up...notice the ice on the outside let alone the inside is covered! This was a constant problem AFTER being "serviced" by JRI. After the 5th time, they refused to come out to look at it again (so much for customer satisfaction). Homeowner, BEWARE...go with another HVAC company in Hartsville! *NOTE: This is a BRAND NEW unit they installed. The problem was never remedied by them, js.

  JRI has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They installed a brand new a/c unit and had them service it 5 times within the year it was bought. It kept freezing up (not frosting) but they would not come out and fix it after the 6th visit. They are over priced for a mediocre unit with crappy warranty and rude customer service. Buyer Beware...don't use them!!

  I have had the worst experience trying to have this company sent someone out to finish a job that I paid for already. The receptionist lady was extremely rude and totally unprofessional. Their attitudes changed once you paid them because that's what I experienced. It's just sad since JRI was recommended to me. I was told that they were a bit more expensive but they are reliable and know what they are doing. That's why I chose JRI to service my ac problem. Unfortunately, that's not how I find them to be. I have yet to hear from them regarding this issue and my problems still remain.
