  Let me preface by saying the AC mechanic was very professional and knowledgeable. The one-star review is due to two specific reasons. The first, I called on Tuesday and scheduled service on Friday. He said "sometime in the morning." I called back at 11:30 and asked, and was told, later this afternoon. I called again at 4:00 p.m. worried because they close at 4:30 p.m. They were running behind schedule, which is fine, but some communication would have been appreciated. The tech arrived at 5:00 p.m. thankfully and restored my air. The second part of my one-star review is because they charged me a $75 travel fee (on top of the $75 service call), even though their office is located 2.6 miles (6 minutes) away from my home. When I emailed to have this corrected, I was told they would fix it to half an hour travel instead of the full hour. Again, I live 6 minutes away. I do not like being "nickel and dimed", so now as I look to replace my entire AC unit, quite an investment, I will move forward with my previous company.

  I waited awhile to post this review waiting to see if my air conditioner was going to keep running. Firstly let me say another company I won’t name kept telling me my ac was going to keep leaking and I had to buy a new air conditioner about 5 thousand dollars. I decided to call Johnson’s becauae a lady from my church said they don’t just try and sell new ac. They sent out a tech named TJ he showed me what was wrong and was reallly nice. He put in refrigerant and it was a lot cheaper than a new ac. He also told me a lot of companies are commission and only try to sell expensive things to make money. This company isn’t. It’s scary knowing that I don’t know a lot about these machines and have to just trust. I’m telling everyone to call Johnson’s.

  This company is amazing, the compressor went out in my unit so I called my landlord and he called this company up and within 20 mins or so they had someone out to me. I’m a very observant person and I enjoy learning new things the guy that came out was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and even drew me a diagram to explain what had caused it to go bad. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.
