  I have been waiting two months just to get an estimate. I keep calling and get a different excuse every time or they say they’ll call me tomorrow. Still waiting. With colder weather coming up I really need my furnace fixed!! My parents have the same problem right now with them too. My parents and grandma have been loyal customers for years. Not a good way to keep somebody’s business. I do not recommend!!!!!

  I want to give a shout out to the amazing team at Johnson Plumbing and Heating in Parkersburg, IA. My wife and I were out of town during part of the arctic winter blast weather we had recently in Iowa when my daughter came home late at night and discovered our furnace stopped working. We called Johnson Plumbing and Heating late at night and they had someone at our house immediately and got the furnace up and running that same night. Thank you!!!

  Called numerous times to get a quote for time of transfer inspection. Definitely regret waiting and waiting and waiting (over a week and a half) and not getting a call back, rejection, anything. Wasted time. If you are on a timeline and need the work done, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
