  I called on December 13th to have someone come inspect my unit. I received a call from a technician shortly after, and he said that they were extremely busy and it would be the 18th before he could come out. I told him to give me a call on the 18th, and I would let him know if I still needed him. Today is the 24th, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I guess they don't need my business.
