We live between Shiloh and Manchester, GA., and it has been my experience that a HVAC repair service is difficult to find, since we "live out", so to speak. That is how I first became familiar with Johnson HVAC Service, as they were willing to come check out our issue. I have had to call them four times for four different issues, and EVERY TIME, I have had to make numerous calls to Stacy (owners daughter-in-law), because she doesn't call back with updates, and leaves me hanging! There are NEVER any calls from Stacy on part delivery timeframes nor when/if the tech is coming, and certainly NEVER any follow up call. Stacy is very an extremely poor communicator. In fact, I called Stacy and fired her and Johnson Service on 02/27/18 due to lack of communication! It is of note that the technicians that came out told me, "if you don't hear from Stacy, call her". Apparently, the technicians are aware of how she is, as far as not communicating! On my last phone call with Stacy on 02-27-18, she made excuses that the "owners wife, Laura", had information about my replacement part, and that is why she didn't know anything about it and hadn't communicated with me. Seems that nobody in that office communicates, even amongst themselves! Sad! BTW--we have been without a working unit since 02/23/18, which is the day I called and reported the problem to Stacy. It is so sad that you, as the paying customer of this company, have to/or are expected to do all the calling for updates, AND wait and wait for the repair/part, AND pay when it is all over with. Not only that, there is no urgency in fixing your problem, and on each of the four times we had them to our house, there were days and days between repairs, waiting on replacement parts or due to no technician available. My unit is only three years old, so it is not like they are having to "search" for parts or anything! Today is 02/27/18, and we now are starting over, trying to find a new HVAC service. This info will also be posted on Yelp. I don't wish this frustration on anyone! In my opinion, this is not how a good business should operate! It would not let me post without giving a star, but I would not have given any stars if I could have gotten away with it.
